Measured Building Survey
To measure your home firstly we would need to outline the key areas where measurments are needed.
For example if the project was for a single storey rear Extension, we would require rough dimensioned drawings of the following:
- Existing Internal floorplan
- Existing Rear elevation drawings
- Images of rear elevation and neighbouring properties rear elevation in realtion to your property
- Existing Front Elevation (key measurement inc height and roof lines)
- Existing Side elevations
Tools Needed:
- Tape Measure
- Pen or Pencil
- A4 paper
- Camera (SmartPhone)
