Site Consultation / Site Survey

An initial site consultation and a site survey are two different stages of work which are explained below:

Two Different kinds of Site Meetings

1 Site Consultation

For a site consultation this can be arranged in advance, charging an hourly fee, our consultants will notify you of the fare and dependent on each case the charge may differ. Consultations vary in duration depending on the size and complexity of your project. Through this initial meeting and discussion our consultant would advise and talk you through the project and its potential, the possibilities of the extension and the steps and procedures involved. Following the consultation we would send out a fee proposal incorporating all the elements discussed at the consultation so that the proposal is tailored to your needs.

2 Site survey

After receiving a fee proposal and if an agreement is reached in terms of writing and speaking over with one of our specialists, then our first step is a site survey. This is when we conduct a full site survey with accurate measurements and photographs of the existing. This will enable us to prepare fully scaled drawings for planning application and compiling other necessary documents for your proposal.
